NAHB Green Standards Update

In our January issue, I wrote a story on legislation. Under the Green Programs headline, I covered the National Green Building Standard for new homes, remodeling, and multi-family projects being developed by the NAHB. This week, the proposed draft of the standard was approved by American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The NAHB says it is the first green building rating system to be approved by ANSI.—Nina Patel
